What materials do you use?
We use only premium, sustainably sourced hardwoods including white oak, walnut, and beech. All our upholstery fabrics are OEKO-TEX certified and free from harmful chemicals.
How long does delivery take?
Standard lead time is 2–4 weeks from order confirmation. All orders include our white-glove delivery service — our team will deliver to your room of choice, assemble the furniture, and remove all packaging at no extra cost.
Do you offer custom sizes or finishes?
Yes! We offer bespoke customisation on most pieces. You can choose from our curated palette of 40+ fabric options and 12 wood finishes. Contact our design consultants to discuss your requirements.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition. Collection is arranged by our team at no additional cost to you.
Do you offer a warranty?
All LuxeHome pieces come with our industry-leading 10-year structural warranty. This covers any defects in materials or workmanship. Upholstery carries a 2-year warranty.
Can I visit a showroom?
Yes! Our flagship showroom is located at 142 West 14th Street, New York, NY 10011. We're open Monday to Saturday, 10am–7pm. No appointment needed, though we recommend booking a design consultation.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 48 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and lead times vary by destination. Please contact us for a quote.
How do I care for my furniture?
Each piece comes with a detailed care guide. In general: dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth; avoid direct sunlight and heat sources; use coasters for drinks; and for upholstery, spot-clean with a damp cloth.
