LuxeHome reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. Prices for products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

2.1 Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We will make every effort to meet quoted lead times but do not guarantee delivery on any specific date. LuxeHome shall not be held liable for any delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.

4. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy forms a part of these Terms. Please review our Return Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in our sole discretion if our return policy requirements are not satisfied.

5. Warranty

All LuxeHome products come with a 10-year structural warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LuxeHome shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
